Project: DUBAL Substation upgrade End User: DUBAL Status: Completed Process of Implementation Dubai Aluminium (“DUBAL”) operates one of the world’s largest single site aluminium smelters – hot metal production and was the second highest in the global alumimium industry Working on a large scale process control project at Dubal allowed the enhancing of our technical expertise and development of our core strengths The project scope mainly included Design, Assembly, Testing and Commissioning of  complete range of LV switchgear panels (Intelligent motor control centers) for the sub-station DESAL, Cast House, Potline and Dockship unloader which contains the implementation of special control functions for furnace door drives, cooler door drives, dockship unloader with crane controls etc. Binghalib Engineering implemented arc falut protection relay for low voltage systems (Motor Control Centers) which is one of the first kinds in UAE, installation of which will detect art fault in any compartment / busbar chamber, cable chamber Panels were incorporated with device net and Ethernet  for high speed communication, special protection functions & relays have been incorporated exclusively to to comply latest requirements.   •    Planned Preventive Maintenance: We carry out maintenance activities at predetermined intervals or according to the criteria or measures to reduce the probability of failure in the operation of the system
  •   Periodic Maintenance: Our Maintenance team will recommend activities to be carried for each system after their analysis. Suggestion for these maintenance activities will be based on the operating conditions over the targeted service life and should be carried out in regular intervals of time, as suggested by our team
  •   Conditional Maintenance: Conditional maintenance is called for when programmed alarms indicate predefined thresholds have been reached and it may require shutdown to carry out activities. It is a way to optimize installation maintenance
