A turnkey project for both Al Dar Properties and Abu Dhabi, Wordl Trade Center Abu Dhabi redevelopment will comprise luxury apartments, international grade A office space, restaurants, world class hotels, branded retail outlets and a traditional Arabian Souq

It was a big challenge to design special board with main bus bar at the bottom of the panel so to comply to the site requirement with space limitation to fit into a very small electrical room.

Typical panel manufactured and sent by air to KEEMA laboratory in Netherlands for testing and passed all test successfully

Planned Preventive Maintenance: We carry out maintenance activities at predetermined intervals or according to the criteria or measures to reduce the probability of failure in the operation of the system
Periodic Maintenance: Our Maintenance team will recommend activities to be carried for each system after their analysis. Suggestion for these maintenance activities will be based on the operating conditions over the targeted service life and should be carried out in regular intervals of time, as suggested by our team
Conditional Maintenance: Conditional maintenance is called for when programmed alarms indicate predefined thresholds have been reached and it may require shutdown to carry out activities. It is a way to optimize installation maintenance
