Process of Implementation
The deep water khalifa Port is the first semi-automated container port in the region. It has been constructed on a reclaimed island with an offshore area of 2.7 square kilometres and a basin of 16.5 meters depth
Binghalib Engineering undertook a contract for the design, manufacture and commissioning of the MCC, L-shape panels and SMDBs. MCC panels comprises 108 modules accommodating no: of Allen Bradly drives for the controlling of the pumps
In order to meet the customer requirement, binghalib Engineering supplied special L-type panels type tested particularly for this job. Binghalib introduced ACS850 Allen Bradly VFD with Harmonic filters and energy monitoring application
ABB Field Bus Communication was used in the MCC to communicate with the PLC which is not common, especially to add intelligence to the MCCs through which high reliable switchgear performance is ensured
